Order Cancellation & Modification
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photographs of the product
- A short video showing the issue (if applicable)
Refund Process
All refund requests are subject to verification. Our team will review the information provided and determine whether the request is eligible for a refund.
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Important Information
- Requests received after 48 hours from the time of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are processed only after the submitted information has been reviewed and approved.
- Seeds Agro reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request based on the verification process.
